Delivery Policy
Sunspares Parts Plus uses third party courier companies to deliver parts to our customers. Whilst we will endeavour to dispatch all ordered parts in a timely manner we cannot guarantee delivery times or accept responsibility for delays as we do not own or operate these courier companies.
International Freight
We are currently not able to offer international freight. Please contact your local dismantler for your parts enquiry.
Estimated Delivery Times (under revision)
The delivery times below are an estimate only. Different couriers have different pickup and delivery schedules which may also involve onforwarding the parcel to another courier company, this will affect delivery times. Most couriers only pickup once a day on a set schedule so your order in some instances may not be dispatched until the following day. Please note that time needs to be allowed for processing, picking and packaging of the order. There maybe some delay where the ordered part is not on the shelf.
* The times below do not take into account weekends or public holidays.

The path of a parcel
Parcels being delivered outside the immediate area of the Sunshine Coast will have been handled by a minimum of three trucks and two depots e.g. a delivery to Brisbane would involve the parcel being collected by a local truck and delivered to the local depot where it is then transferred to a bulk parcel truck which may collect parcels from other depots on it's way to the Brisbane depot. Once at the Brisbane depot the parcel will either be loaded onto a local deliveries truck or a another truck which will off load to a smaller depot before being delivered to your doorstep. Interstate freight will generally involve at least one extra depot and truck in this process.
So be patient and understand that the many trucks on which your parcel will travel will each have to contend with road works, traffic jams, bad weather, floods, break downs etc. In most instances your parcel will arrive on schedule however with so many variables delays can occur.
