Supplementary Information and additional Terms & Conditions
By placing an order via this website you are agreeing all terms & conditions. Please do not place an order for parts unless you agree with these terms & conditions in their entirety.
- All parts are used/secondhand parts unless otherwise specified.
- Please choose your parts carefully and read the additional information provided for each part listed. Additional information is available by clicking on the 'chain' link in each item's photo.
- It is your responsibility to make sure that the part you intend to purchase is suitable for your needs and/or application. If you are unsure please contact us before you make your purchase.
- Please ensure that the delivery address, contact details and e-mail address you provide to us are correct. Incorrect contact details supplied by you can result in delays in processing your order. Sunspares Parts Plus accepts no responsibility or liability for parts delivered to an incorrect address where that address was provided by you the customer.
- Items being sent via courier cannot be delivered to a PO Box so please provide a street address.
- Payment can be made by PayPal or Credit Card via PayPal.
- The PayPal limit is $500. For orders over $500 you will be sent an e-mail request for payment via Direct Deposit. The PayPal limit is subject to change without prior notice.
- A purchase order with an order number will be issued via e-mail. Please use this order number with all correspondence.
- Please use your order number as the reference with all Direct Deposits. Failure to do so will result in the delayed processing of your order.
- Payments made with a PayPal account are usually processed within 1 business day however payments made by credit card or deposit via PayPal or deposit directly into our account may experience a delay until payment has been confirmed.
- All orders will be held until clear payment has been received.
- Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all products offered for sale in the Sunspares Parts Plus on-line shop are available at the time of purchase, Sunspares Parts Plus cannot guarantee the availability of these products and reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
- In some instances where we have exhausted our stock we may delay your order where we believe more stock will become available within a reasonable time. Where re-supply is not possible or the delay of supply is deemed to be too great we will be obliged to cancel your order
Postage & Freight:
- All Postage & Freight charges shown as 'Postage Local' are for Queensland delivery only. Postage & Freight charges for areas outside Queensland will be shown in the checkout after you have selected your state.
- Postage & Freight charges are not negotiable. Parts ordered through the Sunspares Parts Plus on-line shop are not available for collection. If you wish to collect your parts in person please place your order directly by phoning us on (07) 5472 7222 or via the Parts Request Form on our website.
- For customers outside of Australia please contact your local Automotive Dismantler / Wrecker for your parts enquiry. We will not accept parts orders from outside of Australia or for delivery outside of Australia.
- The processing, dispatch and delivery of your order may take several days. If your order is urgent please do not place your order through the on-line shop. For all urgent parts orders please contact us directly by phone(07) 5472 7222
- Sunspares Parts Plus uses third party courier companies to deliver parts to our customers. Whilst we will endeavour to dispatch all ordered parts within a timely manner, we cannot guarantee delivery times or accept responsibility for delays as we do not own or operate these courier companies.
- We do not accept returns except where prior agreement has been reached.
- Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of %20 per item with a minimum re-stocking fee of $50 per invoice plus all freight charges.
Estimated Delivery Times (under revision)
The delivery times below are an estimate only. Different couriers have different pickup and delivery schedules which may also involve onforwarding the parcel to another courier company, this will affect delivery times. Most couriers only pickup once a day on a set schedule so your order in some instances may not be dispatched until the following day. Please note that time needs to be allowed for processing, picking and packagingof the order. There maybe some delaywhere the ordered part is not on the shelf.
